Purpose

The purpose of this chapter shall be to create an enthusiasm for scholarship, to stimulate a desire to render service, to promote worthy leadership, encourage citizenship, and to encourage the development of character in students of Plevna High School

Plevna NHS is selling Butter Braids. Now through Nov 15th. Delivery in Early December. Contact a NHS Member or the school. Funds will be used to support NHS School and Community Service Projects.

History


Plevna Schools became a Charter Member of the National Honor Society in 2002.  Our National Honor Society Chapter was active through the 2014-15 school year. We reactivated the Chapter in 2022. Plevna NHS has traditionally hosted Red Ribbon Week for the Elementary School, participated in Teacher Appreciation Week, and provided various Community Services activities. The Chapter looks forward to renewing these activities, as well as participating in new community and school services projects throughout the school year.
