REQUEST FOR BIDS PROPANE PURCHASE AND DELIVERY
The Plevna School District #55 is requesting sealed bid proposals from qualified propane suppliers for the purchase and delivery of propane to properties controlled by The Plevna School District for the period of 7/1/2026 - 6/30/2027. Sealed bids should be labeled “PROPANE BID” on the outside of the sealed envelope and must be received in the Plevna School District Business Office before 1 p.m. on Monday, July 13, 2026. Unsealed bids or bids delivered via fax or email will not be accepted. One copy of the bid form signed by an officer of the vendor company is required. The bids will be opened and read aloud during the regular Plevna School Board of Trustees meeting on July 14, 2026. The bid forms are available on the District’s website or can be obtained by contacting the Business Office. Bids should be delivered to: Plevna School District #55 Business Office PO Box 158 Plevna, Montana 59344 ** The Legal Notice and Bid Form is available in the "Plevna Board Public Notices..." folder on the website.
