Homecoming Night Change of Plans due to weather!!!
Tonight's Homecoming and Back-to-School Night Activities have been moved indoors to the Plevna School Gym and Multipurpose Room. All planned activities are still going to take place, but indoors. Please come enjoy the evening and support our Cougars!

The Junior High Game is canceled for tonight.
There will only be a High School Volleyball game at 4:30 pm!
Plevna Schools Child Find and Developmental Screening will be on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, from 8:00-10:30 a.m. at Plevna School, 327 N. Main St. Call 772-5666 to schedule an appointment.
*For children aged 0-5 years not currently in kindergarten
*For children whose parents have concerns about their child's developmental progress
*Children who completed screening last year and were flagged for re-screening should attend
*Children on a current IEP do not need to attend.
*Children who were screened last year and were not flagged for re-screening do not need to attend.
*Children aged 3-5 years will be screened in the following areas: Concepts/Thinking Skills, Motor Skills, Speech/Language development, Vision, Hearing,
*Children under 3 years will be screened by DEAP staff.

Homecoming Week Schedule!
Congratulations to Tate Poppe for leading the state in heeling (Team Roping) and racking up points in the tie-down roping! He won the team roping both rodeos last weekend, placed in the tie-down, so won the All-Around title! Also, Trace Poppe won the breakaway, placed in the chute dogging, and ribbon roping. Had a great weekend, as well!
The seniors, who are reading Young Men and Fire (about the Mann Gulch Fire north of Helena), had the opportunity to travel to Helena to visit the site of the Mann Gulch Fire and the Memorial dedicated to the 13 smokejumpers who lost their lives fighting this fire. Thank you, Mrs. Sparks for providing them with this opportunity!
